This was a last minute purchase for a funeral. I’m happy with the notification process regarding delivery. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to be present to see the arrangement. It would be nice in the future to receive a delivery pic ( much like Amazon) of the item so I’m able to give a complete review. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you Serafina, if a picture is requested we do accommodate that, however we are a very small business and just do not have the man power to take a picture of every arrangement and send it to each customer and ensure delivery on time. We look forward to hearing from you in the future. Next time let us know you would like a picture and we will be more than happy to send it to you.

I ordered flowers for a service online and they were delivered exactly as they said they would. The recipients sent me a picture of the flowers and they looked exactly like the picture on the website. That is not always the case. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
